General Information 

What is the date, time, and location of the Forum? 
The Forum will take place on Thursday 3 April 2025 from 8am to 5pm. The venue is Sofitel Sydney Wentworth 61, 101 Phillip St, Sydney NSW 2000 which is easily accessible by public transport and has nearby parking options. 

Is this an in-person or virtual event? 
This is an in-person-only event. All sessions, networking opportunities, and activities will be conducted on-site at the venue. 

Who should attend the Forum? 
The Forum is designed for industry professionals, decision-makers, stakeholders, those seeking investments and those wanting to grow their investment portfolios. It is an ideal opportunity for those interested in ongoing and emerging issues in the clean energy investment space. 

Can I bring a guest to the Forum? 
The Forum and Networking Drinks are exclusively for registered delegates.

Registration & Tickets 

How do I register for the Forum? 
To register, please visit the Registration Page and complete the registration form. Payment options and detailed instructions are provided on the page. 

What’s included in my registration fee? 
Your registration fee includes access to all Forum sessions, Networking Drinks and catering. 

What is the cancellation and refund policy? 
Cancellations received by 2 March 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date. 

Can I transfer my ticket to another person? 
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another person within your organization by contacting us at events@cleanenergycouncil.org.au. Please provide the new attendee’s full name and contact information. 

On the Day

What time should I arrive? 
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start time to allow for check-in and networking with other delegates. 

Is there a dress code?
Business or business-casual attire is recommended for the Forum.

Will there be meals provided? 
Yes, your ticket includes access to coffee breaks, morning tea, lunch, and evening Networking Drinks. 

Are there options for dietary restrictions?
We aim to accommodate dietary restrictions where possible. Please note any dietary requirements when registering, or email events@cleanenergycouncil.org.au at least 14 days before the event. 

Networking & Evening Events 

What are the Networking Drinks? 
Networking Drinks are a relaxed gathering held immediately following the day’s sessions. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and industry leaders. 

Do I need a separate ticket for Networking Drinks?
No, the Networking Drinks is included in your Forum registration. 

Accessibility & Special Assistance 

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities? 
Yes, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is fully accessible. If you require specific accommodations, please let us know when you register, or contact us at events@cleanenergycouncil.org.au. 

Will there be assistance available on-site? 
Yes, our event staff will be available throughout the day to assist with any questions or concerns. Please visit the registration desk for assistance at any time.
