Prior to submitting

Please review the following points before starting your submission.
  • Each session comprises four 12-minute presentations followed by a panel discussion.
  • Q&A is scheduled for the panel discussion at the end of the session, not during the individual presentations.
  • All accepted presenters will be included in the Q&A panel scheduled for the end of their session
  • Sales and promotional content will not be considered
  • Emphasise the new, different, or innovative aspects of your presentation.
  • Avoid redundant topics previously covered in this or other conferences.
  • Refrain from proposing broad, high-level subjects; provide specific details about your intended audience discussion.
  • Feel free to complete multiple submissions if you have more than one relevant topic.

Submission requirements

The submission form will request the following:
  • contact information and a high-resolution headshot
  • presentation title
  • presentation theme
  • a presenter biography (100 words)
  • presentation summary (max 250 words) and other supporting information
  • agree to terms and conditions.
